When you arrive, we'll ask you to fill out an intake that will allow us to customize the massage to meet your needs. (Don't worry, the intake time does NOT count towards your massage time.) After the massage, your therapist will let know which muscles may be involved in your areas pain issues. Your therapist will also explain how your pain areas were addressed and will have suggestions for helping you to stay out of pain.

In a 60 minute session, the massage is actually only 50 minutes long and tipping is encouraged. Once you do the math, you begin to realize that massage membership spas offer no real savings. In fact, you're probably going to pay more.
